If your product is received damaged, or you receive the wrong order, please email lupitalupitaart@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and I will be happy to arrange a replacement for you promptly. I apologize in advance for any order damages and my team and I will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
